Inside a course

A course is a tree of sections in the sidebar, each holding a document. Documents sync live: what you type appears for everyone reading, with no save button.

Whether the course came from your Moodle or from your organization, it behaves the same way once it is open.

What is in a document

Text, headings, lists, tables, images, video and audio, LaTeX formulas rendered as you type, and whiteboards. Type / in the editor to insert any of them.

What students can do

• Read — always, for every section you have not hidden.
• Take notes — private, attached to your paragraphs.
• Ask questions — anchored to the passage they are stuck on, answered in a thread.
• Edit — where you decide to open it, section by section.
• Draw together on a shared whiteboard.
